The Sky Harbour Homeowners Association Annual Meeting is held at the Sky Harbour Community Clubhouse. Our Annual Meeting starts promptly on every 3rd Saturday in September at 2:00 p.m. Ballots and proxies will be mailed out no later than the first week in September. Your participation is crucial. Please vote and attend this very important event.
We encourage all homeowners to attend the annual meeting, however, if you are unable to attend in person, please take the time to cast your vote via mail. All ballots must be received before the Annual Meeting to be counted. Any vote cast in an election or vote by a member of a Homeowners’ Association must be in writing and signed by the homeowner. Electronic votes (email) may be cast on constitute written and signed ballots. Homeowners may return signed ballot by the day proceeding the election and before 12:00 noon.

Watch your mailboxes, as the association will be mailing the Notice of Annual Meeting, Proxies and Candidate Statements. If you plan to vote at the annual meeting you will receive a ballot at the meeting.

SHHOA committees assist the board with specific areas of responsibility, and bring information to the board which can result in decisions and actions.

Better yet, why not come to the annual meeting and introduce yourself to the committee chairs? They’ll be happy to tell you more about the work they do, what is required from a committee member and what kinds of projects the committees are currently working on. The more participants the better!
