Purpose of the Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a committee of the Sky Harbour Homeowners Association. The ARC shall supervise and advise all lot owners on the Deed Restriction involved to that owners shall comply with the Deed Restriction in the entire subdivision and they will issue a building permit before any construction to such lot owner so that he may construct a dwelling, other structure, or move in a mobile home according to Deed Restrictions.  Permits are required for site built homes, mobile homes, and other structures, placed or altered on any property in Sky Harbour Addition.  Exterior construction of site built homes is to be completed with 120 days of permit date.

Every house is held to the same high standards of the Sky Harbour Homeowners Association Architectural Guidelines, thereby ensuring that the entire community retain its value and status as the premier planned mixed use community just outside the City of Granbury.

Whether you are building a new home, or, after your home has been built you are considering an addition, storage shed, fencing – or altering the exterior of your home in any manner – you will need to include the Architectural Review Process into your plans. Since the ARC has broad discretion in what it will approve or deny, good communication throughout the design and review process is essential for the process to work smoothly. We encourage all homeowners and/or your contractors to become acquainted with the Architectural Review Process at Sky Harbour.
