Welcome to Sky Harbour!

Your SHHOA website is the best resource for information about your community and services. It provides homeowners, and board members with a means to communicate more efficiently with each other.

Here, homeowners can also find information concerning their community association as well as have quick access to links for some common resources.

Sky Harbour is a planned mixed use community just outside the City limits of Granbury, Texas. Our community is comprised of more than 100 homes, surrounded by 200 acres of forested green space. We are proud of our beautiful setting and are happy that you have chosen the Sky Harbour community as your new home.

We take great pride in the appearance of our community and have developed standards which will ensure, for future generations, the quality of life that we enjoy today. To that end, we have developed Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and Architectural Guidelines/Construction Regulations. Sky Harbour HOA has an on-site office located in the Community Center, at 2707 Galaxy Street. The SHHOA staff manages and supervises all affairs of the association including; support for the Board of Directors, Standing Committees and Architectural Review Committee (ARC), overview of community standards, general communication with the membership, community event organization, monthly newsletter, budgeting, assessment collection, bookkeeping, maintaining the association web site, common area landscaping, trail maintenance, common space maintenance, and other SHHOA community services.
