Restrictions Specific to Your Section

Area covenants vary somewhat from one section to another, so be sure to locate your specific Section. If you have any questions, contact the Architecture Control Committee

The SHHOA area is split up into 11 sections.  A general Overview of the Deed Restrictions provides guidance on what the requirements are, however, each section has a unique set of restrictions, and there are some differences between the sections.

If you don’t know your section number, you can get that information from the warranty deed for your property or from your  property tax statement. You may also search the appraisal rolls of the Hood County Appraisal District for the legal description of your property.
