Welcome to Sky Harbour Home Owners Association!

We are located north of the historic Granbury Square, just off Highway 51 North and Reed Road. Sky Harbour is a family friendly community which offers a clubhouse, swimming pool, a park, green space, boat ramp and fishing pier. We have close to 500 property owners in Sky Harbour, with some located on canals or the Brazos River. Sky Harbour Home Owners Association was developed back in 1972 and offers country living just outside the City of Granbury. Inside the community we have several committees supporting the development. Besides its unparalleled location, Sky Harbour provides homeowners with an abundance of social and recreational opportunities. As soon as you drive past the entry, you’ll appreciate the tranquility of quiet surroundings, and the relaxing warmth of friendly neighbors.

Don’t forget that our semi-annual SHHOA Clean-Up Day is happening on Saturday, the 17th!

Drop-Off Location & Time: Trash trucks will be set up at the overflow lot near the boat docks from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Curbside Pick-Up: We have arranged curbside collection for up to 12 addresses starting at 8:00 AM. Please provide candidate names and addresses directly to Deborah Edmunds.

General Disposal: Any trash pick-up outside of these arrangements is the responsibility of the homeowner.

Reminder – Prohibited Items:

Please note that the following items cannot be accepted during Clean-Up Day:

Batteries
Paint
Swimming pool chemicals
Building & construction materials
Propane tanks
Soda canisters
Oil & fuel
Appliances or items containing Freon
Everyday household garbage

August 2026 – Request by Defendants to reconsider previous court order DENIED. SHHOA wins again!

August 2026 – Judge’s Order in Lozano Case C2025003 denying all points of suit against SHHOA and changing SHHOA to be plaintiff for attorney fees and foreclosures.
