Process to request a key fob:
- Email your request to skyharbourasktheboard@gmail.com
- Include your name and address and contact info
- Board will need to check/confirm account status
- If current on dues and fines, a fob will be created and you will be contacted to pick up.
- If not current, then a check or money order for the amount will be necessary before a fob will be issued. Payment can be dropped in the night drop at the clubhouse.

Selling your house…
- Contact The Property Center for the process and forms. 817-579-0056
- You will be required to become current your dues and fines.
- Documents for Closing. Typically, a resale certificate is all that is needed.
