Sky Harbour is a planned mixed use community just outside the City limits of Granbury, Texas. Our community is comprised of more than 100 homes, surrounded by 200 acres of forested green space. We are proud of our beautiful setting and are happy that you have chosen the Sky Harbour community as your new home.
We take great pride in the appearance of our community and have developed standards which will ensure, for future generations, the quality of life that we enjoy today. To that end, we have developed Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and Architectural Guidelines/Construction Regulations.
