SHHOA is the Master Association consisting of over 450 properties offering exceptional Lake Granbury waterfront and non-waterfront properties. In total, there are 11 different sections/unique neighborhoods located in Sky Harbour. It is estimated that Sky Harbour has a population of approximately eight hundred residents.

What are the sizes of homes in Sky Harbour? Price ranges?

In our community you will find a wide variety in both the size of homes and in their architectural styles. From Brownstones to Craftsman bungalows, traditional Colonials, Mediterranean Villas and Victorians, sizes can range between 800 sqft to over 6,000 sqft. With this large a range in home sizes, there is also a large range in home prices. We recommend you contact a local realtor for specific information on the Granbury real estate market.

What are the property taxes like for homes in Sky Harbour?

Approximately how much are the annual dues and what do they cover?

Every property pays an assessment of $174 annually.  These assessments support the maintenance & landscaping of common areas, a community clubhouse, pool, boat dock and ramp, and a park and playground.  Dues also cover a community relations, compliance and architectural review enforcement, maintenance, 1 part-time employee, pool monitors and contract workers.
