Clubhouse

The SHHOA Clubhouse is available for use 7 days per week. User groups are expected to leave the room in good condition and according to the room arrangement diagrams. The Clubhouse operates on an honor system and we ask that user groups be considerate of other groups by:

1.) cleaning and leaving the room(s) properly arranged.

User groups are responsible for bringing their own cleaning supplies, including brooms, mops, etc. Audiovisual equipment, computers, or easels are not provided. User groups are also responsible for bringing their own materials, including any extra tables or chairs needed above those already provided.

Members in good standing may reserve the clubhouse on a first come, first serve bases in any 30 day period for private activities or parties requiring approval by the SHHOA Board. A $65.00 deposit plus a $100.00 rental fee must be left at the clubhouse at the time the reservation is made. The Clubhouse may only be reserved 3 months in advance of use. The deposit will be returned when the Clubhouse is cleaned to the satisfaction of the Maintenance Committee. The Clubhouse must be cleaned before you leave.

It is suggested to drop two checks in the night drop box at the clubhouse.  The $65 cleaning deposit won’t be cashed unless the clubhouse is left unclean.

We also have a soda machine located outside the clubhouse. Each can of soda costs only $1. The soda machine is available to everyone.
